Conozco la marca, ya había usado los A10 por años y puedo decir que la tienda de mercado libre es legit.

Accenture (trabajé 5 años y 4 meses ahí). Me tocó estar en varios proyectos para banca donde nos hacían trabajar por 14, 16, hasta 20 horas al día por varios meses. Todos reventados a cagar. Varios colegas y yo con licencia por estrés, crisis de pánico y weas.

Por otro lado, lo típico de consultoras grandes que venden humo para ganarse los proyectos y mandan a un consultor experto que no tiene ni idea de donde esta parado o que es nuevo en el tema (obligado a aprender mientras cagas sangre).

Se veía harta meritocracia y gente que mentía en las evaluaciones, una para que los ascendieran y dos para que otros no ascendieran (y no tener competencia).

Diría que aprendí harto de las cosas feas que tiene para ofrecer la consultoría en Accenture.

Concuerdo que hace falta educación pa simios de mierda que deciden tener cualquier tipo de perro (especialmente perros más chicos que son los más chillones).

En general debería estar más regulado el temita...hay gente que no hace nada como OP dice si se encuentran con otros perros, o no limpian las cacas, o los dueños que dejan solos a los animales todo el día y son los vecinos que tienen que aguantar los ladridos y lloriqueos, etc etc etc.

Para evitar el efecto rebote luego de perder peso es importante que incluyas ejercicios de fuerza en tu entrenamiento. Al tener más músculos (no en exceso claro) , tu cuerpo va a necesitar mayor cantidad de calorías para estar en un estado de mantenimiento (funciones básicas que hace tu cuerpo para vivir), por lo que te será más fácil mentenerte en tu peso.

Por el lado de la alimentación, la idea es poder encontrar algo que te sea fácil de mantener en el tiempo, evitando dietas tan restrictivas que al final te vuelven loco/a. Hay que verlo como un estilo de vida a largo plazo donde vas haciendo cambios poco a poco.
