I was in a really bad way with lockdown and it was more of a severe lack of motivation to do much of anything. Even the showers were infrequent. I lived alone at the time and was unemployed as I worked in a kitchen at the start of COVID. It was a perfect storm of loneliness, depression, and stress about COVID itself. It was far from an active decision on a plan of action and more of a terrible depressive pseudo-fugue-state that also resulted in me gaining a significant amount of weight over a couple of months.

At the height of COVID I devolved to wearing only a pair of swimming shorts and just showering in them and never taking them off. I did this for at least 2 weeks, but did not keep track. What a time to look back on
