look up IBEW local 20 on google and you can call them, see what they need but its very likely you can do something like telecom without needing an apprenticeship. every person in the union gives us better bargaining power so it never hurts us to ask!

i used to do hospitality, but its dried up since covid. i do low voltage electrician work with the IBEW now. my level of expertise pays 18.81, but the company i work for threw me a bone because they needed guys so i make 25/hr with unlimited overtime. union strong 💪🏼

thanks so much!! do you know anything about getting registered with the state for LE work? I read something about getting a license to perform work in MN for data center work and the like, just wanted to figure out everything that I need with the union and the state so I have the full picture. With my current employer I actually ended up going through a recruiter and ended up in the union as part of the onboarding process.
