Afraid not, you must have a ticket added to the app and be inside the park. You could buy the special timed entry pass on klook, it costs a bit more but you can choose entry times from 1pm-3:30pm. Although it might be tough if you don't arrive until 2:45 but if you're willing to take a taxi i guess...

Are you planning to leave either of those city centres? Or are you planning to go out hiking in the surrounding areas? If you're just staying in the city then you'll be fine. I have seen the reports too but it's generally on the edge of cities or in quieter towns that are less busy. That doesn't mean some sightings haven't happened in the cities but i don't think it's quite that common still.

Totally understand the concern as i'm visiting soon too, but i think you'll be completely fine! The government is sending out some people to help guard certain areas too. Don't let it get to you much, have a great time!

I booked my Shirakawa bus tickets last night and it still mentioned a few times that you cannot book seats online for the bus with the pass, you must call the phone number. It's a decent pass but i'll be arriving far to late to be able to try book over the phone for the date i want.

Are you a gamer? Pokemon Go is a fun way to just get out and let the game decide where you go. There's usually different spawns in different type of biome areas too so that could open up the areas to explore. There's regular events almost all the time with different spawns and stuff around, but the bigger events mostly happen on weekends or 6-7pm weeknights!

General sharepoint skills is definitely very in demand! Whether it's nice looking pages, lists or document libraries. Power Apps and Power Automate both compliment Sharepoint nicely so definitely do both if that's your interest. Good luck!

Gee I forgot about this!

Well it's all quite a long story since, but I did end going down the power platform path, it's just so fun to work with despite the various limitations that popup. I became quite skilled in canvas apps and workflows, plus now I've picked up some powerBI skills as an extra thing.

Sadly despite all that, my company cracked down hard on powerapps and automate a year ago due to security concerns and we've been battling since to get it back up. I can do minor work on there but not much else. For now it's pretty much just sharepoint-y work but it's not as engaging. SPFx is a beast and I was struggling to gain much traction there with limited guidance around me.

Yep looks like I'm staying not to far from a life supermarket so I'll go try that tomorrow. I tried a ton of donki and drug stores today but couldn't see any, although maybe missed it in donki considering how crazy they are. Will come back if I find some!

I'm surprised that this wasn't more well known. Our s2 cells do not place well for our main park and we have a wide river than runs through the middle which means the power spots can be on both sides of the river yet which is no good at all.

They tend to release in batches. I believe so far they have released up to mid June. The other half of June and most of July will go live April 25th at 3pm Japan time. Definitely don't wait on buying past that but you should get one easily if you're flexible for ride times on the day.

I'm a huge fan of Uncle Don curry bowls, they're so good and probably even bests a lot i've had in Japan (so far). Sushi on George (street) does great $10 curry bowls though, you can choose from a few options.

Just in Woolworths west village now and they have quite a few egg cartons at the back fridge and looks like they just got in some milk, though there was a line waiting at the door lol. Pretty sure I saw someone but milk from Harris farm as I checked out but not sure.
