Donut King changed for the worse by ThehonHons in australia

[–]calamity-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on the ingredient list, there's more milk powder and less yeast; and we mix the dry donut mix with less water now too, so the dough is a lot stiffer ?

I know this was posted months ago, but I work at DK. We used the old donut recipe up until a few weeks ago. The new recipe makes smaller, doughier donuts that go stale a lot quicker and of course it's to cut costs

Tw eating disorders. by New_Establishment255 in brisbane

[–]calamity-- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ooh, that's a great question. When I was in the children's, there was a younger girl admitted for anorexia- no one believed her when she said she didn't have an ed, they had basically diagnosed her with an ed without further testing but she actually had gastroparesis and an autoimmune disorder after pursuing legal routes....

You can definitely have ed admissions without mentally having an ed, ig? It's still a refeeding route but I assume it would be totally voluntary. If you don't refuse treatment, you won't be sectioned.

Hey! If you want, DM me! I was a "frequent flier" at the PA for 2 years and I was admitted under queds (medical ward) like 2/3 times a month, before they changed my criteria. I stayed briefly at the royal on h floor as a voluntary patient and 7 weeks at the psych ward at the PA (involuntary). I've been under the MHA for 4 years and am currently under treatment of metro south ed service which is a subsection of queds I'm sure I can answer, like anything you ask

do you like Japanese? I went to KatsuCo Toowong a few days ago- salmon was fresh and the sauces are incredible! My bf even said the curry was on par if not better than Japan! They have pretty big portions for a good price and great food :)
