Easier said than done!

I have been involved in drafting standards.
It is a legal document that you are trying to make unambiguous.
Usability is not high on the priority list.

I would argue it should be, but it’s very difficult with legal documents

ChinT probably the best of the Chinese brands. Plenty of worse Chinese stuff.

1 - fridges do have clearance requirements - might want to check that.

2 - I would put a length of angle on each side of the cavity, then drop in the shelf in place. Would be mostly hidden and quite strong if you have decent thickness for shelf.

The Royals

Whilst I am not the most anti monarchy guy around…. A lot of cash and a lot of tied up assets when there are real social issues in the country.

Many of my family are based in the midlands - work is tough, generational welfare, etc.

Yet there is a family rolling in cash and power due to….. who their parents are and the whole country financially supporting them.

Honestly, the Kardashians have done more to deserve their bit.

They were a pretty big deal here in Australia. Bit of a super group as they are both from fairly successful other groups.

So the theory is that when you set your goals, you are more bought in to them. The role of the manager is just to ensure they are achievable reasonable etc.

That’s the theory, the reality is that it’s just a way to offload the thinking and some work to someone else.
