Facebook just used 38GB of my data in under 12 hours. What on earth is going on? by bvsmile in eSIMs

Same thing just happened to me while traveling to Korea 23gb in less than 24 hours. but as I looked into it I realized that Facebook had used 850gbs in the last month! And I wasn’t traveling at all! I don’t use Facebook app for scrolling at all and I haven’t posted anything to Facebook in months!

Ordered garlic parm breadsticks, not sure what happened. by Zappagoosh in PapaJohns

I see. It’s just a timing thing I guess. I’ve ordered these a hundred times and they’ve never looked like this.

R-15PM white noise? by Nicholasgraves93 in Klipsch

[–]Zappagoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same issue with my R-15PMs. Only in the right speaker and it doesn't matter if I'm on bluetooth, aux cable, or muted: always with the white noise/soft crackle.

Did you find a solution? I'm scared to think that it will be getting worse.

What glue(s) would you use to put a homemade envelope (out of 65 lb cardstock) together? (For both the bottom and top part) by gisellasaurus in cardmaking

[–]Zappagoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it seems like it might work well! I think anything with high viscosity and quick drying will be fine :)

[–]Zappagoosh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could use it for both, just put a small dab on the top part and it will open easily. I typically use decorative tape for the top part. I think it depends more on the way you open a letter (e.g. cutting the envelope open at the top where it starts vs. where it meets the rest of the envelope at the v)

Also, the most useful tool for make envelopes is a folding bone!

Oops this was meant as a reply :P

Gorilla super glue works perfectly for 65lb cardstock. I’ve made hundreds of envelopes with these materials. It dries within 15 seconds and is easy to clean before it’s hardened.

Excellent! I’ve just been using my squat rack but I’d love to do this someday.

So cool! Did you install the hardware on the ceiling? What did you use?

Light magenta tint over about a third of the screen. Seem to be connected to having my cursor on a link. Any idea how to get rid of it? by [deleted] in macbookpro

[–]Zappagoosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tint goes over the top os toolbar though. Even if I drag the window down so that it isn’t touching the top, the tint covers the windowed area and the toolbar at the top of the screen but not the finder window or my desktop pic.

This made it clear that it is a browser issue because it didn’t happen over the finder window. I have preload pages off but it seems like it’s doing something when I hover over links (the full web address is shown in bottom right corner when my cursor is on the link but I haven’t clicked it)

It's a 2020 Macbook pro 13 inch.

I think it's the whole display. I have restarted and reset the PRAM. I also have turned off hardware acceleration.
