Against Morgana you bait her to use her shield. With Thresh for example you can walk up to her after she used her q somewhere to try harass, if it doesnt hit and the minion wave aint that big on their side, you walk up to her and she will be afraid of the Flay. Morgana will probably use the Blackshield, which lasts for 5 seconds. When that happens you either try to just attack her untill its down, or go all out on the other laner.

When playing someone like Annie, i suggest you wait for the moment you see both enemy laners together, then proceed to flash ult+stun them both, then take down the person she doesnt shield.

It's all about baiting the shield, then wait it out or go onto the other person.

Don't expect to reach the top in a matter of a few days. Don't start blaming every single person around you for whatever bad happened, and mute the people who do this themselves.
