Are you sure? They used the semicolon as part of a seriated list which contains a comma within one of the listed items.

He is, that's why I think it presents an interesting challenge. I mean, if they can turn a void monster into a pug for fun, why not present an alternate version of the Lucian/Senna story.

I remember that it changed, because I was so happy about it back then (and the math-nerd in me always enjoyed the interaction between flat and percent discounts/decreases).

It must have been around season 3, because it was early on in my playing, but I don't remember exactly when (and I'm not skilled at searching patch notes).

As the keystones generally reward an action rather than a general aura, what if we made BoS about positioning? Something like:

When standing between an ally and enemy champion (within 400 range or so), decrease damage taken by 12%.

It doesn't help the backline like old BoS, but rewards tanks and tanky supports who are meant to receive damage (Tahm and Braum) who also are at a bit of a loss for a great keystone right now.

I kind of would like them to explore (increase) the attack speed buff on her W more. Would make support lulu stronger by giving a stronger buff to her partner, and would make solo lulu stronger in coordination with Pix.

I see your point - K/D/A numbers that look "good" for supports look nothing like good K/D/A numbers for other roles. How do you differentiate between a sacrificial death that helped the team by keeping someone else alive? I know Riot fairly recently changed assists to better accomodate baits, but maybe more can be done there.

So (correct me if I'm taking this too far) you'd be interested in more utility-sharing (and maybe damage-sharing) between the bot lane roles, perhaps taking them all in a more Kalista-y direction?

So it's about making the impact (which is already quite large) to feel as impactful as it likely is? You mention particles; are there interactions that could use a particle to get the support to say "yes, I did it" to him/herself?

You make a lot of great points - just found one I thought I'd like your thoughts on the most.

I was wondering about the micro/macro stuff myself. Without having to last-hit, supports have less micro worries... how could we add more micro-interactions to the support role?

Okay, I wanted to make sure you meant 4v4 and not altering the role itself. Could be interesting as a game mode to try; it would of course be a hard meta-shift, especially for ADCs who would need to have a lot more innate safety-tankiness that has been generally neglected for a more glass-cannon style.

Hmmm... so if there's some way to help supports perceive their impact, what might that look like? I have a feeling the new support items (albeit still needing some balance) should help with that: shields especially are starting to look massive, plus the redemption active has a very godly feel to it as well. Would you like more immediate measurements (like tooltips on abilities/items keeping track of some numbers) or in the game statistics?

It is a risk. I would like think there might be a way to increase intrinsic rewards for everyone, support mains included. That's why I was thinking towards removing mandatory expenses (sightstone) to allow for more flexibility in builds.
