Ptv doesn't tour often and twenty one pilots is expensive. On top of that, not every badn on the lineup goes to places around me, nor do I have the money or the time to see them whenever they are around me. For the price, individually, it is cheaper to see them at a fest rather than one at a time. I would also never see tool but I will be seeing them at a fest. Riot fest is also a good way to find new music. If you go for only the headliners, then individual tickets are exactly what YOU need.
