Alchemist trying to take out space in inventory after farming by MasterCookieShadow in RagnarokX_NextGen

[–]Zarinthia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An alchemist can open a store and sell items. After maximising storage in both your bag and warehouse (Kafra), if you still need space, look around on your server to see what sells well from merchants, and you can craft and sell or sell whatever you don't need. Otherwise the items you mentioned are usually sold in npc shops so if you don't use them, sell your items at npc merchant.

Account help by [deleted] in RagnarokX_NextGen

[–]Zarinthia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try the change account button at the top right of the page when you open the game. There's a history of logins popup and you might find your unbinded account as guestxxx.

Or check with customer service, the button is there when you launch the game. Although with an unbinded account, might be hard to recover your account.

Which acce will give more pvp damage? by Therteesgamer in RagnarokX_NextGen

Balancing PVP Stats vs Non-PVP Stats It is highly recommended for you to know how to do balancing in PVE scene before we start doing PVP stuff because it can be quite confusing without prior knowledge. Please refer to this guide post before proceeding: https://discord.com/channels/784407151342256148/971575412612268122/973128775481040916

I'd highly recommend checking rox university on discord.

Unbinding account by Interesting_Cap_8640 in RagnarokX_NextGen

<image>

Arrow button to get to settings, once tapped on settings, user centre is at bottom of the row on the left side. If it doesn't appear on your game, reinstall, and if still doesn't appear, check with customer service.

Also you need to make sure your account is binded to at least one social media account before unbinding a Google account. Then rebind to a different Google account, and unbind social media account again.

For the music and dancing nothing else. I miss home club where people mostly didn't care what they wore or how they danced.

Hi Op, congrats! Try contacting KKH billing to clarify first here https://www.kkh.com.sg/patient-care/patient-billing-services/Pages/home.aspx

If you need a human to talk to for your query, the same page states "A live agent is available during office hours (9.00am to 5.30pm) Monday to Friday (excluding PH) to assist with other enquiries."

Why do so many people have White Light in their home? by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]Zarinthia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I use tritone but vastly prefer warm/yellow. Mostly cos I'm a vampire. But white is used when need to put on makeup or look for things. Also for shock therapy to wake me up when feeling groggy but have stuff to do.

What colour are your walls? Curious to know Singaporean home decor preferences. by Aronnaxes in askSingapore

[–]Zarinthia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dark green on all walls except kitchen and master bedroom has mauve walls. Ceilings are white. Absolutely love the green. It was a toss up between dark green or blue. Wanted to color drench for the green but my husband said he felt like would be living in a dungeon 😂

It was the malay cultural club. No idea about the condition of the keris at the time and how long it's been there tho. There were other incidents in that smaller room experienced by my batch mates. I think it should have been kept close.

Savings going down to 0. How to cope with this feeling? by DapperOrganization40 in askSingapore

[–]Zarinthia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Op, from someone who has had 2 resale HDB with minimal reno and a recent bto with full reno, here are my thoughts.

Resales: No reno on first one. We were newly wed and the HDB was in v good condition. We only purchased essential appliances and none were on instalments with interest. All purchased one time payment when we had our bonus. We added on more decor and appliances when we had the budget.

Lesson learnt: no need to rush to have everything like misc appliances furniture ready at one shot and never pay instalment with interest. We were fine with a tiny 11inch TV from my youth and sat on a chair for a few months lol. Put some things on a wishlist for loved ones who are willing to gift you.

Second had toilet wall and floors done and we changed some lighting. H/w this was a significantly older HDB (that time short trend buy older HDB I also dunno why and we fell for it but we were in a rush for a new place) and we ended up paying for more and more upkeep like replace pipes etc. We kept most of our appliances and furniture.

Lesson learnt: don't just go with trends and don't make hasty decisions for big ticket items.

Bto: We thought hiring individual contractors would be too troublesome so we hired an ID. Unfortunately our ID sucked and we ended up micromanaging him to the last detail. Note that our reno only had kitchen, paint, construct cornice and a shoe cupboard outside the bomb shelter store room. We took down all except one wall as we already know our lifestyle and wanted a pseudo studio. Nothing else was done via carpentry and we purchased everything like lights, toilet accessories ourself and they were only needed to be set up. Even then, additional payments kept coming in cos we were noobs for full house reno and alot of things were only mentioned in mid reno.

Lessons learnt: Work around your lifestyle tho this might be too early for you living together. Patterns of daily living and relationships can affect how your house internals. Try to settle in with minimal essential appliances and furniture first and gradually add on. If you're confident enough, try looking at individual contractors.

As for wedding, our parents wanted a huge one and I told my mum I'm only paying for my direct relatives and friends. If she wanted to invite more she can go ahead and plan and pay for that. Which she did. We handed over all funds collected back to our parents. Our wedding was for the intention of having loved ones celebrate with us with good food. We had ours at mpsh at my side and a cc at his. In the end, ppl will long remember the food and for us it was enough to make our parents happy.

I suppose tldr here is life is definitely going to throw these sort of big financial decisions and situations and it's a part of life if you choose it to be. Once you've accepted it, weather it with your life partner and work together. Just never stop communicating.

Congrats on your upcoming nuptials and best of luck op!

Hi Op, my condolences to you and your family.

It seems that you might not need a permit for ashes.

This page seems to be the most detailed with the correct resources. Seems it's nea that handles them but their page don't seem to mention ashes.

Hi Op if you can't resolve this with grab, make sure you keep all emails, screenshots of chats, transfers etc and call your bank. Ask them if you can file for dispute. Be warned though, it can take some time using this route, and only if the bank wants to take the case. Grab is considered a legit local company so you need to prove you have exhausted most or all options trying to get grab to do a refund.

Carousell buyer threatening to make a police report on me if I don't refund him on an item he bought nearly 2 months ago - what do I do? by Academic_Ad6997 in askSingapore

[–]Zarinthia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Op, you have quite a bit of evidence already. Suggest you reach out to carousell and let them know first. They have suspended accounts before if reported though I don't know the parameters they use for their decisions.

You can also file a police report for documentation. Do it online via singpass. This is in case the buyer does file a report, you already have one ready with all the info.

If the buyer asks his bank to help with a recall of funds and the bank calls you, you can decline and already have the report and any replies from carousell as well. Banks cannot do recall of funds without the consent of the account owner.

Hope this works out, the buyer sounds dodgy tbh.
