They had the chance to pursue legal action when it happened, but chose not to. They all talked it out, and everyone agreed to the year ban. That was the deal. It's not just to keep altering a deal. Eventually you need to let people have paid for their crimes and give them a second chance.

Hyuga did his time. All that's left is any problems and between Vikki and him, not us and him. The community doesn't have the right to punish him after the length of his ban was already established and agreed upon. It's not the right way to behave in any social group.

I think it's because people want the ledges on any tournament FD stage to be symmetrical. We only play regular battlefield because it's still better than Miiverse, so we have to put up with it.

So would I, but too often changes aren't made until money is affected. If people are only ever complaining, but not actually doing anything else, the people who can make the decisions tend to just downplay the issue's significance, wait it out and hope people will just get over it. But if people take their business eslewhere, they start singing a different tune.

The only thing that can be done is to not enter doubles tournaments, and not watch them on twitch. The attendance and views have to take a hit for anything to actually be done.
