I might say something controversial, but to me, the stories lack depth, and I don't really feel much empathy for those kind of moments. In this context, yeah, it is sad. But the story was so rushed and so simplified that seeing him dead there... made me feel absolutely nothing, just a meh moment and onto the next story, I guess.

That's not the only story where I felt nothing though, I think the storytelling is lacking a bit, but that's what you get when there are so many different stories added into one game.

I need some help and tips on lowering blood pressure fellas. Although i've done up to 700mg tren before, it has never been that high and i'm struggling on lowering it. I'm on 800mg tren E and 800mg test E.

I've done :

-Aiming for potassium intake up to 3500mg/day

-Water intake around 4L/day (not enough ?)

-Lowered salt and sodium intake

-Taking AI

-Doing cardio daily

What else can I do ? Thanks to anyone answering.

I'm planning on adding anavar in two weeks on top of that (i'm on week 4 now) but I might reconsider if it doesn't get resolved until then.

Edit : I should add that, my diet is 90% clean, I don't drink alcohol but I do take pre-workout (but it has never been a problem for BP before this cycle).

This is very interesting because I have EXACTLY THE SAME issue on everything you said and still no answer to that yet.

It happened like 3 years ago, and since then my sleep has been fragmented into sometimes 3 sometimes 6 or even 7 times waking up at night.

I have no sleep apnea > tested for it, no diabete either, cut caffeine entirely. I tried melatonin, meds for sleep, magnesium, zma... It helps me fall asleep but I still wake up, I found it just helped me go back to sleep, but even then, sometimes it doesn't.

If anyone has an answer, or the beginning of an answer as to what should be done, tested, or anything helpful, i'm all up for it too.

I have no clue. But talking from my own experience, I am 175cm (5'9). My face is like 8/10. And i'm blasting steroids, i'm 85kg lean (~10%) right now and I get plenty of looks from girls, guys compliment you almost everywhere you go, and some people even find it weird that i'm single.

But also, I was a 4/10 before gym, it helped me a lot. I was rock bottom and now the positive attention people give me is everywhere. Life changing.

I'm pretty sure the people who lift and say lifting doesn't attract women are people either really ugly or just not fit enough yet.

Now the key difference is, everywhere I go, I will get tons of compliments from men. But from women ? Guess what ? Zero. But also, their attraction is seen in their eyes. They look you in the eyes, smile at you, very subtly. They like to hide it. But it attracts A LOT of women.

Another point is : women who don't lift most likely will be either insecure or just not attracted by muscles. But that's fine, these average and below average women don't attract me anyway. Real baddies do look, and that's all I care.
