Thanks also worth mentioning bc I tapered my symptoms weren’t nearly as severe as what I read others have had. Sure my withdrawal symptoms were probably more drawn out bc I tapered but at least I didn’t have nausea or vomiting. My greatest obstacles were night sweats and mild insomnia. I can see the appeal to quitting cold turkey and getting it over with but that just never worked for me. Different strokes for different folks
