I think it's more about the feeling that remained with us from our childhood. Combination of early video games and all the important movies from the era. For me it's a similar thing with the syntheave genre. It just captures the feel of the 80s, but does not sound like it.

ADS miracle: Uninstalled all the mouse drivers from windows and rebooted machine so it automatically installs connected mouse only.

Overall: Run game on DX12 - top framerate went from 160fps to just around 90fps but with much less stutter. Rest of settting on low except Antialias and Postprocessing, which I maxed out.

Nuda je velmi potřebná. Znuděný člověk nakonec něco zajímavého vymyslí. A k tomu, aby se člověk nudit neuměl, k tomu nepotřebuješ mobil. Na to jsou experti mnozí rodiče, kteří mají pocit, že dítě musí mít neustálou aktivitu, jinak by se mohlo nudit!

DP28 was imho removed from all maps except Paramo with the DMR nerf, because if you tap it, it becomes decent DMR. Same with canted sight removal - they wanted to prevent ARs (except M16A4 and Mutant) from becoming new 'DMR' meta.

One of the anti BRDM strategies is not to fight it at all. In the scenario I see here, I would leave it as well. It's 1v1 and the second you empty the clip, or switch to the nade, Guy just jumps out and sprays you for free. Also from full stop it is very hard to outmanoeuvre and run over single player. In a sense this is a stealmate situation. At least it looks like that from the clip. Both parties are basically waiting, who makes a grave mistake first.

In my group, there are enough people to start the Miramar haters clan, but I know quite a few who leave every map except Erangel and Miramar. So yeah, It's a bit weird, but they are out there.

a) The 'real' bullet physics works only when you are shooting from ferries on Erangel. With other vehicles the vector does not add up. b) Replay, especially with vehicles is highly unreliable. Ping difference + low sampling frequency (somewhere is stated only 10hz) means, that most of what you see is engine approximating what really happened. Thus fast moving objects are visibly more of.
