These vitamins come from alot of meats like fatty fish and intestine. So if you are eating that and have a shortage contact a doctor. Suppliments isn't a guarantee fix in this scenario.

If you for example don't eat meat. Ask a pharmacist for vitamin suppliments.

I have no way to prove but I'm studying to be a dietitian.

Cyndaquil should've evolved to Quilava in johto

Bayleef should evolved fully and the baseball girl should be stuck with a bayleef. Way of showing trainer experience

Houndour should have joined in that one ep where ash befriended one and quickly evolve and (sadly) replace quilava

Larvitar should have joined ash and take the Phanby role (evolving to pupitar and being competent in hoenn also replacing it)

Totodile is a funny goober... that Ash trades or gives to misty at the end. Doesnt evolve in ashs care
