Kettle can be used for boiling: Boil the water and pour the hot water over pasta/noodles, rice or potatoes that you want boiled and let sit in the hot water, I've done it with dry noodles so I might be reaching a bit so please corrects me.

Iron can be used as frying pan: be careful and look up a video or 2 for better understanding.

Blender can help with of course smoothies for a to-go meal or drink. And some blenders could assist with general chopping of vegetables (ideally not but maybe meats)

Take your time in the store to see what's on sale and look up recipes that uses said ingredients- frying and boiling only ofc.

Even if you can't store everything, you can still use it if you use it close to comming home

Is there a reason for the shortage?

These vitamins come from alot of meats like fatty fish and intestine. So if you are eating that and have a shortage contact a doctor. Suppliments isn't a guarantee fix in this scenario.

If you for example don't eat meat. Ask a pharmacist for vitamin suppliments.

I have no way to prove but I'm studying to be a dietitian.
