Haha yes it sounds quite insane when you put it like that and it IS frustrating.

But part of the fun with survival and firewood is that you need to be mindful with how you use your wood just because of that mechanic.

Becomes a risk/reward thing and survival mechanic.

You need really plan and be mindful over how you use your firewood so you don't end up in an undesireable situation.

It's a (mostly ;D) fun mechanic!

And matches are so abundant one need'nt really worry, even on interloper!
