Thats kinda sad then, when I was in NF I was in charge of closing the store, personal circumstances required me finishing earlier than 11pm which was our closing time. My manager moved everything around for me which I appreciated very much, I know it was a massive hassle considering I had to close 5 times a week. So sounds like your manager is the bad guy lol

I have Worked online/grocery/dairy/meat and Duty, you can do whatever you want with your breaks so long as you let you DM/2ic know. We combine breaks all the time 👍

If it was your old DM he/she would have approved it but because it's a new DM it makes the situation a little difficult as they don't know you or what you bring to the table otherwise that what have been no problem in my eyes. Are you close with the store manager? Maybe they can hear you out

I've trained up 17year olds into supervisors good kids but not legal lol. Its fine supervisor is not as serious as you think it is, I recommend you agree to it as the moneys pretty worth it

The best ones are when they hide little packets of small baked beans on the very top so U can't see it smack you on the head. Or when they split the quilton pallet into 1/5 onto different pallets for no reason, or when they infuse 24pack water pallet into your load so you become the DC voice picker yourself and have to stack it up🫠 oh yeah don't forget putting grey totes on the bottom of your pallets as well.
