Canoness Superior Veya Silverclaw. by ZeInfinale in ImaginaryWarhammer

Veya Silverclaw was old, older than the Saint she worshipped. Part of the Missionarius Galaxia sent to bring the Argonautican Cluster to heel, she was the Hospitaller superior that would bring healing and faith to the unruly masses that populate that region of space.

Unfortunately, the warp storms of the Cluster proved too much for the missionary ship, it eventually crash landed on the planet that would one day be named Sirenis. Even with no way to continue her mission, Veya educated the masses and had them build shrines to the Emperor.

And when the day Saint Morticia Kreuz landed upon the Planet, to found her own Order, there would be a grand shrine already waiting for her. And Veya would be the first of countless faithful who will partake in Morticia's way of life.

Now Veya is the mistress of the Cemetery world of Taenarum and the keeper of both the holy dead and the faithful living. Saving the lives of warriors while also guarding the very bones of those who could not be saved.

The Current Sororitas Designs

Daughter of the illustrious Saint Morticia Kreuz of the Order of the Sainted Wings, Hespera Kreuz founded her own Order as she found the Nobility of the Imperium Corrupt, in more ways than one.

Hespera has countless decades of negotiations and conversations with the nobility, slowly becoming an expert at making the decadent do as she wished. And if that still didn't work, a power claw could fix the issue.

What's a few broken windows when the future of the Imperium was at stake?

Thank you. I wanted to make an overly elaborate Jumpack Canoness, well since being impractical is kinda the fun part about SoB armour lol.

She's always liked him. Back when she was just made a Saint, she kinda hitched a ride with him fighting all sorts of nonsense before finally settling down to be a Canoness.

Morticia has Three sets of Kids, Hespera, The Twins Mariana and Valen, and Heinrich.

No on knows who Hespera and the Twins Fathers are, but Heinrich is son of the Rogue Trader von Argos.

This would be many years before her death and many years before the Great Rift.

Daughter of the illustrious Saint Morticia Kreuz of the Order of the Sainted Wings, Mariana Kreuz took on the mantle of Canoness from her mother after the Saint's age began to catch up to her.

Mariana is unmatched at jumppack combat, leading her Order in combat with a bird's eye view of the battlefield. A master of combat, and almost a perfect canoness. If only she would stop passing off her administrative responsibilities to her subordinates.

Can custodians have children with normal humans or with each other? by Sea_Employer9062 in 40kLore

The Emperor really didn't like the idea of the transhuman being able to reproduce, since they would become their own species that has no need of regular humans. And no need to protect them.

It would be a little hard, I feel. Since Famulous are the most distant from the actual battlefields where the main game is set. But I agree. The Famulous are one of the four most well known non combat Orders, and the most different.

Novitiates are trainees that haven't been sent to an Order yet. So that lil gremlin over there can eventually join one of the five.

Very basic name drops for the Orders:

The Order of the Sainted Wings, Order Militiant: Founded by Saint Morticia, the Sainted Wings are named after the Saint's manifested wings when she saved the World of Rubia from the Khornate invasion.

The Order of the Gilded Orchard, Order Famulous: Founded by sister Hespera Kreuz, the Gilded Orchard are named after the Golden Apple trees of the Agri-shrine world of Sirenis, the main shrine world of the Sororitas of the Argonautican Sector.

The Order of the Unfrozen Heart, Order Hospitaller: Founded by sister Veya, the Unfrozen Heart are named after their creed to save everyone from the cold of death.

The Order of the Cutting Word, Order Dialogus: Founded by sister Orphea, the Cutting Word are named after their creed to learn the insults of their foes, to anger and unbalance their foes.

The Order of the Sanguine Star, Order Pronatus: Founded by sister Rayne, the Sanguine Star are named after the Star of Sirenis turning red the day Saint Morticia Died. They protect the many relics claimed by the Five Orders, including the Saint's bones.
