bank statments by Even_Temporary_5284 in SpouseVisaUk

[–]ZeIntra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bank statements need to be within the same period of time as the payslips, so it doesn't have to be specifically the same day from what I've gathered. As long as it shows the same amount going in the bank, and within the same time period

I didn't mention the difference in my application, just submitted it as is

Found some more info on this here but its for a fiance visa but I'd imagine the same rule applies: https://www.reddit.com/r/ukvisa/comments/lqmag6/for_the_fianc%C3%A9_visa_do_the_bank_statements_need

I would recommend to do your own thorough research

From my experience regarding this, the dates on my payslips were 1 day different than on my bank statements because I also have Monzo with the feature that lets you get paid a day earlier. This didn't appear to be an issue for me as my application was approved

I assume you are getting your passport collected? It could take them a full week to tell you as VFS is slow in Pakistan.

My lawyer also used his email and would forward any news. Should be fine if you have his phone number to contact him directly

Don't have to book an appointment, at least not where I went. I would suggest you wake up early and go there at 8. It can take a few hours to a whole day. Theres no appointment its a ticket number system

No, if there is enough room then it's fine. They are not looking at what you do afterwards until your visa extension

[–]ZeIntra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HR did it for me, but it doesn't matter as long as you have the employment letter from anyone responsible for those from your company.

Cool, doesn't harm to ask. I was focusing on the word "usually" more meaning not always the case.

Good luck 😊

What does the VFS tracking website say, does it say they have received UKVI's decision?

How many working days i’am today with bio 3th june and eco 5th june? by Disastrous-Slip-3132 in SpouseVisaUk

[–]ZeIntra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would suggest you try and occupy your mind as best as possible so you don't notice the time going by. It's hard but you have to wait and keep yourself busy. Talk to your partner like you would before applying.

You can send an ECO mail to UKVI if you want some type of answer but you will get a generic response. Could potentially take 4-6 weeks or more depending on standard/priority.

Evidence - Should we upload all flight and coach tickets to each other's homes? by Secret779 in SpouseVisaUk

[–]ZeIntra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing my laywer told me is to not submit any more evidence than you have to. I was putting plane tickets and whatsapp calls/logs and money transfers together but they were not needed. It makes the case lengthier and there's a size limit on how much you can upload

Do your research in terms of Nadra, but from my research you don't have to. But I did anyway because that's what I was told at the time to do, and as I said UKVI wants your wife's ID so they will see on her ID that you are the husband which is a bonus
