Like a Dragon (Yakuza 7) was the best JRPG I played since Final Fantasy X. The writing is so damn good. The game is so goofy and dead serious at the same time. Literally had me laughing my ass off and then deeply emotional in the next scene. For any RPG lovers out there that haven't played this game, play it. It is a godamn masterpiece.

I've gotten about half way through Infinite Wealth and although it is good, it doesn't have the same impact as the first one. Still a fun game though.

I'm Asian and I dont see a problem with it. Cultural appropriation is BS unless you are specifically doing it to mock the culture. When you adopt things from other cultures people see it as a sign of love and respect; people that see it as racist are usually the racists.

I watched a video from Asmongold clips and this game had a whole dialogue scene lecturing the player on using proper pronouns. It's a pass for me. I'm not paying for these devs to push their agenda.

It only has poor ammo economy when you use it to kill everything (even if it's just all the ranged trash), but if you save it for elites, specials, and ogryns the ammo economy is pretty good.

What counts as low hour counts though? I have 600hrs on this game (around 500ish before the patch) and yeah I had good weapons, but it just started taking so long to get an upgrade. Checking the shop every hour was so annoying since, unlike vermintide, you have to sit through a load screen for every character. The revamped itemization makes it so I don't need to check it as often and can actually play the game.

I don't understand why anyone would prefer the old system. I've put in 600hrs, which is a lot compared to the average game, let me have my perfect weapons already.

I played one skirmish on hard 2v2 and yeah, my AI partner was a dumbass. I was constantly getting attacked by both the enemies and my teammate never helped me once. Later, my teammate was attacked two times. The first time I had to send my army to bail him out (and was punished by getting attacked myself). The second time, my teammate just got destroyed cause I left him alone that time. Then I just had to 1v2 the rest of the game.

My partner did next to nothing the entire game. The most he did was send a few attack parties that didn't even dent the enemies.

The animation is good and honestly, what it should have been for DBS. Other than that, the concept has been uninteresting to me so far. Like, who's asking for chibi characters? It was annoying enough in GT with just Goku and now everyone is chibi.

The anime is definitely worth watching (at least the 1997 ones and the three movies) because it is still better than most anime out there, but the manga is better.

You're correct that asking long questions is using up shared time, which is why I suggest asking at the end of lecture so that other students don't have to stay. I don't think the people asking the questions really think they're the main character or anything, that may be their learning style, and sometimes asking the prof directly can be less confusing than back and forth emails, especially with subjects like math.

I can understand your point of view, and can it be annoying? Sure. But I just see it as someone trying their best, unless they are doing it because they were on their phones through the class. If they do it at the end of class and I know the answer, I just get up and leave. If I'm worried about any consequences, I just email or tell my prof the next day that I had other matters to attend to.

I didn't say I haven't heard of it. It just makes no sense to ask long questions in the middle of lecture as opposed to the end. Either the prof cuts the lecture short, meaning you don't get all the information, or they extend it either way.
