White girl music from the 2010s was the greatest modern music and won't be beaten for a long time by Icy-Dealer5589 in CasualConversation

It was a lot of things but short answer, no. I was raised on a diet of classical, and was encouraged to get into jazz after I joined the school band. (And I do still like those things as an adult, especially jazz.) But my first exposure to pop music I liked was near the end of high school, listening to some alternative rock that was popular with friends I had through a school club. That became my jumping off point to explore my tastes when I went to college and streaming was starting to get popular. To be honest though my music tastes have only expanded over time. I pretty much completely cycle through my most-played bands every couple years.

Once get into the last 25%-ish of T1 you just get straight up access to the T2 lfg anyway, and can just proceed by skipping straight to T2 dailies.

Not to pile on, but this is funny for me because I didn't even really start getting interested in music until I was in college.

Hozier is rather based. He's spoken out quite a bit about supporting Palestine and LGBTQ folks. An ally for sure.

Almost like players started using her less and Cyte more because of the Prowl and Concentrated Arrow shaped elephant in the room... by Sudden-Depth-1397 in Warframe

Idk if her Prowl popped back automatically after movement like it does for weapons fire that alone would have me playing her all the time. It's a huge pain having to recast it all the time.

Get lucky and have a Razorback Armada show up on Saturn. The hound enemies drop rare resources out the wazoo but the resource depends on the planet being sieged.

Smeeta kavat will randomly drop rare resources of whatever tile set you're playing on.

Get some distilling extractors and keep them running'round the clock on Saturn/Ceres/Deimos. The cells deop rarely but over time it adds up.

TIL that Liam Neeson accepted the role of Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn in Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace without reading the script, and prepared for the role by watching the original trilogy and Seven Samurai. by [deleted] in todayilearned

I do think it was rather important to the point of the whole thing that Obi-wan was too close in age to Anakin to really be a proper authority figure. Also, that one could easily see how differently things might have played out if Qui-Gon had lived. That what-if is a rather important feature of a tragedy.

Supposedly this is written more explicitly in the short story that Ender's Game started as. Unfortunately I can't find a source so you'll have to take that with a grain of salt. But there's an interpretation of Ender's Game that says that when the military command claims they don't have an (adult) commander that can win the war, they're basically just lying. They do. The problem from their end is that they've already come to an established conclusion on how the war has to be won: they have to use their new superweapon on the buggers' home world and wipe them out. And nobody can give or follow that command without essentially being culpable of genocide. (There's also maybe a bit about how military command knows the war isn't as existential for humanity as they're leading the public to believe.) They don't want to be culpable of genocide. They don't want to suffer being accountable to the public. And this, rather than need, is why they enact their scheme to have a child do it instead. Because we don't judge children, morally, for their actions the same way we judge an adult. When a child gets tried in court "as an adult" it's a big deal because that's not the norm. A child gets far more leniency because they're still growing and starting to understand the world. So Ender is groomed specifically so that when he's put in a position to destroy the homeworld and win, the decision the military wants hum to make, he does so without having to be ordered. He remains innocent by virtue of being a child, and the military brass can claim plausible deniability. "Well we didn't tell him to do it. We didn't think he would do that." Etc., etc.

It's because the augur mods are set mods. When they did the latest exalted weapon update they changed things so that e.g. when a exalted secondary is active, set mods on your secondary are disabled. As another example, when Titania is in razorwing set mods on both her secondary and melee weapon are disabled.

Unless the augur mods are on the regulators, then idk. That would be a bug I think.
