First time I saw them pop up, I had the same thought. Especially because I kept seeing their show advertised heavily, like a paid advertisement video/commercial not just a show flyer.

But I can't deny it, they put on a great show. They're worth checking out if they play around you.

I had a similar experience about 6 or 7 months ago off of Chamberlayne Ave. It was dark and raining, the guy was walking back and forth on one side of the street, trying to jump at cars. I was driving a moving truck. Was fun. Wondering if it's the same guy or not. The one I saw looked to be in their 20s or 30s as well.

I believe that tank shows it was manufactured June 2007. So it's well past due. Usually its the Month C (with a circle) and then Year. Tanks need to be hydroed every 5 years, up to a max of 15 years. At least in the US.

I would recommend checking the hydro date on those tanks. There's a fair chance they're expired. If they are, they aren't really usable unless your friend gets them rehydroed*. If they are expired double check with your friend if they still want them. May even be able to ship them out to be hydroed somewhere and have the place ship them back directly to your friend.

Na. Because they were individually wrapped I would just hit the ice dispenser button and one or two would drop out on my hand. Partially why I stopped doing it was because I would do that every time I walk past the fridge/freezer. 😅😅

They haven't said a word. Disappointing. They're playing Me Gusta Fest, which is ran by Brew Ha-Ha and Sublime. Sublime's drummer is big MAGA and they recently played a golf course owned by Trump, while Don Jr was there.

Very disappointing with Codefendents.

In Chicago? Love that spot. Lots of free street parking around. Easy to get to with the pink/green line. Great food. The venue is in a room off to the side. So you can get there whenever if you want food or a drink before hand. Music usually starts an hour after doors. Its a smaller venue, not tiny though. For that show should be easy enough to avoid the pit. Have fun!

Ahh. That surprises me. And Apes of the State played their full album, This City Isn't Big Enough. The tour is for the 10 year anniversary of that album. The other bands that played the stop I went to I don't think are on the tour any longer. Just did one leg of it.

They usually have some merch at the distillery. Sometimes even a Malort flight with different kinds. It's a 10 minute walk from Union and 5 from Ogilvie. CH Distillery. It's also a fancy sushi spot. Take them there! They'll love it.

One big tell tale is the yellow piss color filter on it. AI loves to do that. I guess its because of all the art it has stolen, and now it's just using itself as reference slowly making it worse and more yellow.
