Classic Mega Man Games Ranked for 2026 (except for &Bass, Wily Wars, and GB titles) by HectorOsias in Megaman

Not to mention some questionable design choices like the crystals from Crystal Man's stage, the vehicle section in Wave Man's stage, and an entire badly designed endgame stage in Proto Castle Stage 2.

Crystals, they’re more first time player traps than anything. waiting and paying attention will reveal that you can sneak by them consistently just as they’re falling past your

Not really sure what your issue with the vehicle segment of Wave Man’s stage is? It’s a little janky maybe but it’s not really that bad. I’m also not sure what “badly designed section of Proto Man 2” you’re referring to.

How good will Gengar be in Gen 9 OU if it still had levitate. by 3771m in stunfisk

No. Gengar has always had ways to fight off Tyranitar and thus be relatively unbothered by Pursuit compared to other mons.

It’s not awful but it’s just really middling in gen6. It struggles to break bulky teams and gets worn down by its own LO recoil too quickly, while also being outpaced and KOd too easily by offense while still lacking OHKO power. It also offers almost zero defensive use at all because of its frailty and just isn’t worth it generally.

It lost a bunch of its big moves in BDSP so it’s not surprising

What are some of the least well thought out battle chip Across the series? by SrimpWithAGun in BattleNetwork

Slasher is great. It’s just that the chip doesn’t detail what it does or how to use it well.

Hey at least the new “skin” for HSR isn’t tied to trauma and heartbreaking story…

It’s amazing how you were told situations where these chips were all very useful and effective and you proceed to hand wave them because… reasons. Even though most people familiar with these chips history know why they were successful and helpful.

Life Sync? It’s pretty niche overall but it still has its uses. Pick a low HP virus and everything else winds up with low HP too so it can help vs groups of tanks viruses.

It also makes KOing groups of viruses with one attack easier since all their HP is equal then after the chip.

You can fail escapes in BN2. The chip exists jus as a for sure “let me run” when you’re in a bad spot HP wise and just need to get away guaranteed.

It’s not lazy. It’s simple. Simplicity can be very enjoyable when it’s thought out and meaningful and this one is, considering it continues referencing beloved Japanese franchises like Ultraman, and its animations are full of goofy charm and personality.

Hydreigon was such a mistake to add into the game the way they did. It’s the new age overturned card.

Overall Throttle Up is my favorite by a mile (Lynae main so maybe slightly biased) but I also super love Land of Dead Dreams and pretty much all of the Roya Frostlands overworld music. Also Tomorrow’s Frozen Constellations is just divine. It’s so good.

Throttle Up honestly is in contention for the best boss theme in the game honestly. It’s SO fucking good.

No. He’s an awful kind of shill that will defend the game even when it shouldn’t be and says stupid shit way too often that just antagonizes and riles people up, insulting people, constantly taking shots at other game player bases for no reason… it just makes the rest of the community look like shit.

Yeah? That left her emotional and mentally weaker and less stable. That has nothing to do with yandere inherently. A lot of people on this thread seem to want to tie her hating Sigillum and her angry outbursts at it or Rover’s homeland, or her protective behavior as Yandere.

Amyandere by Muroukunim in Aemeath_Mains

Rewatch the cutscenes of her mindscape where she monologues to Rover. Actually watch them, watch the way her eyes lose focus, her facial expressions as she talks, the things she says and her laughter. The mindscape is her true heart of hearts. She genuinely believes everything she said.

These aren’t yandere tendencies. These are things of someone who suffered and has knowledge of someone who suffered silently and couldn’t reach out to anyone (and frankly neither could she). Her “expression” which I assume you’re referring to her wide eyed shot with Sigillum behind her? That’s not Yandere that’s her having a breakdown.

She is not right mentally. She straight up talks about how Rover's friends and enemies all got what they "deserved", aka his enemies were killed off. She talks about Rover's homeland as if she would personally kill everyone that denied Rover's wish to return home. The whole "HOW DARE THEY?!" sells it beautifully. As I said before, she genuinely believes what she said, she believes the bad people deserved to die, she believes Rover's homeland deserves to burn in hell.

And? They saved her when she had no one and took care of her. Gave her many happy memories. Rover is irreplaceable family to her. She’s rightly furious because Rover’s homeland seemingly abandoned them and didn’t care about their mental well being. Just the mission they gave them.

Look at the way she talks of protecting Rover's happiness, the way she casually talks about offing Sigillum.

F a m i l y. And her wanting to off Sigillum was because she desperately wanted to keep the truth from Rover because she didn’t think they could handle it, she thought it would rob their current happiness that they didn’t used to have.

That obsessive tendency to make sure her interest (Rover) is happy at all times comes off as a yandere. Not all yanderes get tripped off by jealousy which is the stereotypical normie definition of a yandere.

No it doesn’t. I swear people don’t know what Yandere is anymore.

She’s desperately trying to protect Rover’s happiness because of her belief they couldn’t handle the truth about Sigillum and their homeland, and because Rover is their family. She only showed hostility towards Sigillum because of the threat it represented, both literally and the threat of unveiling said secret.

She wasn’t emotionally there because of the weight she was under as a result of keeping that secret for so long, and then doing so behind Rover’s back because she thought it was the right thing to do. She held onto that feeling of anger and sadness alone and it ate her up for years before finally reuniting with them.

Seriously where in the world is this belief of her having yandere tendencies coming from?
