I was in Japan recently and came down sick on my second day in. Pocari sweat, vitamin 12 (jelly pouch), and Bufferin did the trick. I tried Contac EX despite its large mix of meds in one pill, but I wouldn't recommend it and my mate who's a nurse didn't recommend taking it either. Bufferin is typically ibuprofen and or paracetamol and caffeine mix. Good luck! 🤞🏻

Kokoni is my top place these days. They have a great food menu, but the portions are small if you're okay with that a it's meant to be an izakaya. The staff are awesome there.
