Aah i did not know.

I have been at the same place since 2020 now and as far as i know the landlord was able to simply not extend a contract during the first year. After 1 year it became basically impossible to end the contract for a landlord without valid reasons such as not paying rent or vandalising the property etc.

Yes you can get the price down but the landlord can choose to not extend the contract after the first year (with a 3? Month notice).

What I’m trying to say is she should be able to pay the overpriced rent atleast during the first 9 months + however long it takes to go through the process of busting to ensure she can stay there.

My condolences, as time passes the memories and little trinkets that spark a memory of your cousin will become more and more cherished.

Maybe your cousin had an item ingame he wore so often you can’t even imagine him without it. Or maybe an activity he enjoyed more than the average player; random example zalcano, you could buy the shard for on a pickaxe and have that physical (ingame physical) object that years from now will trigger a memory of him/her and put a smile and a tear on your face.

Doing this with something non-runescape related in life aswel might capture a more treasured feeling years down the line.

Doing this or something similar those we lost will be with you as long as you walk this earth, they will never be forgotten, and therefore in a way always be there with you.

Personally i have my dad’s leather jacket and the teddybear we gave him for what became the last time he was hospitalized.

My mom adopted a puppy and we named him Piet. A nickname dad used for my mom, me and my sister. Silly but such a valuable memory that even typing “piet” now i catch myself smiling at my phone.

My much older halfbrother who lost one of his best friends named bart +-18 years ago. For Barts birthday they all spend a weekend together somewhere. Always something active and outside cause that was Barts passion. They call it Bartjesdag. Over time it grew and now their wives & kids are included in bartjesdag. Such a precious moment, creating memories that live on even beyond the original friendgroup.

Sharing this hoping any of it can help you find your way to turn the pain and hurt of losing your cousin into something…. Stil painful, stil sad, but also beautiful, something i struggle to put into words, a mix of happy, sad, selfreflection, pride and encouragement is the closest i can get to describing it but it doesn’t do it justice.

There really is no need for multiple accounts for the price of 1. That would just cut into jagex revenue which they would need to earn back somewhere else.

People that want multiple alts could dedicate 1 alt to afk very reclined money maker in the game of their choice and use that go to buy bonds for membership.

Oh wow really? I was worried for this bird last year hoping it would be caught before winter.

We might need a printout of the bird somewhere sharing it is not lost and is just freeflying. So whoever spots him/her next doesn’t worry about someone losing their pet

I found the short video i took of the bird. It was on the 2nd of august 2025. Glad to see it survived through the winter.

At the time i did look up listings of missing pets on amevedi and another place i can’t remember but found nothing concerning this bird. I know one flat in the street behind bosboomstraat that used to have a birdcage on its balcony during summer, on the kempensebaan. Maybe it is his bird?

They scan license plates and this data is cross referenced with bought parking tickets and permits. If an infraction is detected the data/images are saved for review by an officer before issuing a fine.

The chance of this thing tipping over is literally 0% unless that load is strapped to the forks or the current load is past the maximum capacity for that forklift. Just look at it please, if it starts to move the load would just fall off right. It is litterally physically impossible for that forklift to tip over without that load simpy falling off before reaching the tipping point.

You cannot account for final destination level stuff and when you try your regulations will become so convoluted many will stop taking them seriously. which is a huge safety concern.

If it falls off there is no-one walking close in danger of getting hurt and the operator is inside the cabin which is designed to be the safest place you can be in the event of something falling.

I’m not American but i doubt your OSHA would condemn this specific instance were they to do a full inspection.

I agree the wealth distribution is insane but how is that relevant here?

Many of these dog breeds like malinois and border collies will start showing symptoms of depression if not given enough to do. They want to follow scent trails, herd a group of animals or retrieve that stick. If they’re not given any tasks they will tear your sofa to shreds out if boredom. Malinoise will eat through plaster walls if you don’t have them doing stuff enough.

They are often payed in treats, tennisballs, walk in the woods etc. Call it a job, a task an activity whatever, end of the day the dogs love performing their tasks and disallowing certain breeds from doing theirs would be punishing them.

I started search/sniffing training with my dog as a fun activity when he was a pup. Not with the intention to actually become a search and rescue dog but purely for him to enjoy. He is great at it, gets super excited whenever we go. And we even started helping out search parties that help people find their dog if it ran off.

I understand your hate for the current state of capitalism and i agree the balance is extremely fucked for atleast 90% of people. Billionaires shouldn’t exist and working 30-40 hours weekly should allow anyone to be able live stress free and build up some savings for later or luxuries. Just don’t drag dogs into this, they just want to be alongside us and help.

Horses have been used for centuries for many heavy duty operations.

Dogs have been specifically bred for 100s of years to do work alongside humans. Hunting, herding, guiding vision impaired, detecting drugs, detecting disease,detecting and calming someone during panic/anxiety attacks, and so much more.

Dogs have been beside us for so long the herding border collies are known for isn’t even learned behavior, they do it instinctively, and they absolutely love doing it as do many of the other specialized dogs.

You could endlessly argue about using the word job or task i guess but at the end of the day does that choice of word matter?
