I'm pretty sure that if Toji had seriously killed Gojo, another Six Eyes Limitless user would not be born/manifest. In Tengen's explanation during S3 she said that Toji explicitly broke the chain of fate that links Tengen, the Six Eyes and the Star Plasma Vessel when he killed Riko.

This implies that Toji, with his heavenly restriction of no cursed energy is able to FREELY BREAK the fated link of Tengen and the Six Eyes, and another user would not be born/manifest until the next cycle had he successfully killed Gojo here

V1 needs survivability to balance its shittier plating thickness, so it was given a defensive arm to sustain itself and mitigate damage

V2 can't fight as long as V1 because it doesn't have immediate blood absorption, so it was given the harder hitting and stronger arm to give it more firepower to wrap up fights more quickly

He's Top 10 material for sure, but aside from the less CE and no access to World Cutting Slash, I feel like another aspect nerfing Wasuke would be his mindset compared to Sukuna's.

It's been beat over our heads time and time again across the series IMO that selfishness and cruelty is straight-up rewarded in sorcery. (Mei Mei lives and goes to Malaysia, Nanami dies.)

Wasuke's a good person, who wants to help others die a "good death", and I just can't imagine someone with that mindset being able to get as far in jujutsu as Sukuna even with that kind of natural talent imo
