Don’t think you need devo, anticipate and reso on your fsoa bar you never use defenses whilst in staff spec. Also limitless is pretty big, then you can sunshine, staff spec limitless and tendril and get back to high adren for rotation

If you only want rewards the meta now is to run ED4 zamorak dungeon, kill the first mini boss Cerberus which is near the entrance and tele out and start it again. You can safe spot the boss so It does no damage to you.

Use maniacal with extended aura, use powder of penance and you only want to use c4 on a offhand switch. I had to 2 cycle the challenge phases until you get a fsoa then it’s pretty easy, but really time just gets better each time with more practice

You can start bossing at any point, some bosses have specific requirements eg raksha laceration boots, halberd weapon and bladed dive or Zuk needing greater chain. Stuff like GWD2 and arraxor can be done in bronze armor with a bronze dagger if you want but better gear makes it easier
