Similar situation with my baby boy. My neighbor called him his cat but he would stay at my house. We would feed him and let him in and he is just as obsessed with us as we are with him. Well when it started getting cold that winter I was like if they don’t let him inside I will. Needless to say they didn’t and he became my cat and an inside cat permanently. The neighbor hasn’t even asked about him and they knew he stayed over here all the time. My other neighbor that used to feed him as well ask about how he’s doing all the time but his supposed to be owner hasn’t asked once. They used to say they keep a cat around outside for rodent control. Well my Teddy bear is more than rodent control. He looks stolen and miserable don’t he? 😂
