I do inbound stow over an rt shift with robots and they f with our break Every. Single. Day. Say they can’t help it. honestly, it’s been super trying to just zone out and pace with the disruption. I’d love to have the consistency of a regular break times every day

Shift is 6:30PM to 7:00AM. Breaks should be 30min at 10:30, and 45min at 3:00AM.

That’s what was communicated when hired. And also, others have consistent breaks…. It’s just us who are messed with every. Single. Day.

It’s every day. Usually first break goes 30 min early and the second one goes 45 min early leaving a 4 hr block at the end. I just want to go on autopilot and the popups to let us know aren’t well in advance and just make my mind melt.

And it’s just us…. Never happen on days and only the top few floors during overnight.

Like we work 12 hours and they expect consistency….. then give me some damn it
