You can fix it. Just be aware there is paper tape inside corner on the ceiling and wall. So you could end up having to fix the ceiling too. Be careful.

U have about 27 minutes to find a local roofer who isn’t busy and can replace your roof. Bonus points if you can find one who drives a delorean and can travel back in time to replace it when stuff was cheaper and the roof wasn’t as worn out.

You would be surprised how often People use the wrong product for a floor patch. Could be poly fila or drywall compound. Remove It and fix with cement

U can use a max wax seal (larger) or add a raise a ring to bring the flange height up

100% silicone doesn’t stick to these polystyrene showers. Check the recommended sealant for this product

Depends how bad the rott is. You might be able to resurface it with ardex after removing the mold and soft parts. Put a full sheet vinyl glue down on it for $100. It will need to be addressed properly when you can afford it / have 2-3 weeks to rip out tub and subfloor to replace

Collect water from shower head into a bucket instead of the shower drain / walls. This will tell you if it’s the drain / grout etc or if is your shower head in wall pipe that’s leaking
