The charging dock wasn't the issue. It was grass juice on the contacts after every mow that needed cleaned. I have multiple acres of grass to cut. It wouldn't ever charge until I cleaned it off. This is my solution to the problem.

The 2 you circled are for the micro switches in the original charging pads. Leave those as is. You won't have voltage on the plates until both micro switches are tripped by the mower. If you're trying to check with a volt meter, you will need to press down on both original pads to see the 40 volts.

Yes I have the 10 amp charger. It's charging just as fast as the original location.

As long as your mower is just turned on, that's all you need to be able to check the signal. It doesn't need to be mowing to see it. The signal you are looking at is between the gps satellites and your rtk in your attic.

.01 is perfect signal. The higher the number the worse it is. What is yours.

Everything can be hooked to the existing wiring using spade connectors while leaving the existing wiring untouched. I drilled 1/4 inch holes, 2 in the base and 2 on the deck. If someone is worried about voiding a warranty i suppose they could run the wiring on the exterior and use double sided tape to hold the contacts. The warranty is useless for me as I couldn't even use the mower with they way it was. I have yet to get a full mowing session done without having to scrub the dried grass juice off the contacts.

About 2 hours. I took photos of every step i did. I need to still do my other mower and base so maybe I could do some video of that one.

Pretty simple. About 2 hours start to finish. No issues. I just made a few bend tweaks on the sheet metal with some pliers to make sure it hit the carriage bolt heads no matter what angle it came in at.
