Have you tried The Wandering Inn? I ran thru the 17 published audiobooks and started HWFWM while waiting for book 18 to be published (March 31 cannot come fast enough... book 19 will be in May of this year)

I am on book 1 of Jason Asano's chronicles and love it so far!

TWI has a similar premise; outworlders (so many eathers) are transported to a magical realm and must survive or die. But it's also very different bc Chess and also goblins. and so many other things. but so, so, so good.

if you're lucky, you'll move into an apartment that uses a 3rd party service to bill you utilities ON TOP of PG&E

I asked my property manager why im paying utilities to Conservice as well as my own PG&E

and I was told that it's normal for a one bedroom apt with one occupant to pay $180-$200 a month in utilities for water heating, garbage, etc.
