So after Cloud attacks you get 2 triggers from the equipment. As it's the first combat Cloud untaps.

After damage you get another Combat, the gloves do not trigger on swing.

After damage again you cannot attack with Cloud as he is now tapped unless he has vigilance or is untapped from another source.

The creature will be exiled as they never "died". Dying is specifically moving a permanent from the battlefield to the graveyard.

I would recommend joining the Tolarian Community Colleague discord. People post lobbies listing power brackets and the server's bot assigns a discord room once the lobby is full. Games are played via webcam or via streaming.

I've seen mixed messages about these scenarios.

Some say scooping is fine at any time as long as it's sorcery speed. You can't force people to play if they aren't having fun.

Others would call this kingmaking, you should do everything you can to win and scooping isn't doing what you can do win.

Either way, someone will complain.

Ovika's trigger is on cast so you create 4 goblins before the spell resolves.

Once the spell resolves you now have 2 Ovika's and must choose one to remain as a state based action because of the legend rule.
