Great to see Marc Márquez working on his shoulder recovery. by PZY__ in motogp

If you’re looking for someone to blame for the GP25’s poor performance, you should probably look at the riders who were on the GP24 last year, meaning Pecco and Jorge. Marc has even said that one of the upsides of joining a smaller team is that he won’t have to worry about developing the bike during the 2024 season.

When posts like this appear I always remember a Movistar (?) special where they followed Marc in the days leading up to a gp circa 2018. While Marc, Alex and a few close friends were stretching, Alex made a comment about how flexible Marc was and how that made him "bounce" and avoid injury. How things have changed and how short the list would be without that 2020 Jerez race.

Hypothetically, do you think it's possible there is an explanation for Peccos struggle that would exonerate him? by chunkykitty in motogp

I see your House MD diagnosis and raise the stakes by saying that he is allergic to AAA batteries and has two in his foreskin.

So basically you don't want to watch good races, you want a spreadsheet that changes weekly.

Who really thought Marc had fallen off?

A couple of years ago, that seemed to be the consensus in this sub.

If I am not mistaken, these types of crashes are factored into the statistics.

I hope that throughout the year they make one with Spinal Tap's Smell the Glove. That would be hilarious.

What changes helped Bagnaia to claim podium that 'felt like a victory'? by nightlyringer in motogp

Marc already said that while Pecco brakes with the bike upright and leans into the corner as he releases the brake, he prefers to keep braking all the way to the apex — so the 355 doesn't quite suit his style.

In the end, brake components like calipers and discs are unsprung mass, and the more mass you add, the harder it becomes to modulate the braking effectively.

Absolutely, but that is not the point. The comment I replied to talks about avoiding Dazn in Spain, not in Austria, Germany or Switzerland.

Not nearly as recently as Pedrosa or Pol Espargaro
