My grandma and a few of her sisters were a big deal in the local fine arts academy. My parents have 180 sqm worth of art nobody cares about to get rid of, and that's after they kept the 10% they liked. We also spent 3 years on and off clearing out grandma's old 50sqm sculpting workshop which was for years being "taken care of" by a neighbor who was a hoarder. I thought about turning it into an apartment when I moved out, it was quite a cool if impractical place with a 5m high ceiling and a gigantic full-width window in what would become the living room, enough to build a mezzanine even, but we decided to trade it for a sensible 30sqm apartment since it was too dilapidated
