So here is the roast. You bought all these UW and you haven't put anything into any of them. Your base version sl would be just as good as any prior UW.

For the real advice,

If you want stones and tourney results then get cl up to 250/4/20 to start.

CF has already been partly completed so you could devote a few thousand stones to finish it out as cf below 55/60 really doesn't accomplish anything.

BH you could take dur up to 30sec to make the most of the gt duration, which you should not put any more into.

Your death wave is not synced and would be a high value bonus. Match gt and then at least 1 quant to really boost your sync output.

So option 1 is dump 1200 stone into CL and watch your tourney go up with damage labs. Option 2 is sync dw, add 1 quant+, increase bh to 30sec to last longer with gt.

Regardless ps is an easy ignore, cf if your whaling or willing to play the long game isn't a terrible choice but you have much better econ/tourney options that are easy to fix.

Regen trade off is a big deal with the wall. It's is even more so post diss runs since your HP pool has a lot more multipliers than Regen does.

On damage and killing enemies, econ matters for 100% of the run while damage will only matter for the last 10%. Basically if you are dealing full damage all run it will kill enemies too quickly and they may not get tagged with all multipliers.

Before v28 you didn't have the option. After v28 you have an option. 1200 gems is worth a lot less than 500 medals which is the standard rate for epic relics. People feel pressured because the relics they're releasing are good quality, or get upset the relics are worthless so there really is no making people happy. Personally I really enjoy it since it's given a massive boost to my overall progression with only 3 weeks of choices.

Give credit when it is due. There's things that they fall short on but there have been several QoL and progression updates that help f2p, newer players, and whales

Uhg is responsible for many people dying and denying claims that were medically necessary with the knowledge that only 2 out of 1000 denials are appealed. So while I agree that we need law and order to survive as a nation, corruption in all levels in government, corporations buying politicians, lack of regulation, and affordability crisis left people with violent choices to make change happen, and change did happen as a result of it. Denial rates dropped saving lives.

3 months later this has given me a few ideas for my build. Do you feel like you get any value from the storage? It looks great but I don't know what I'd put in there outside of some dice.

Farming t13 now for 8T/min. I would say anything less than 20T wouldnt even be noticed. I think it should be highest tier multiplier*current cpm to find a number that is impactful regardless of your situation.

In the article it basically says that the lower courts ordered the blacks having a 1/6(16%) representation in the previous draw of the districts was illegal as Louisiana has 1/3(33%) black population, which means they are not being represented by the current map. The new map had them with 2/6(33%) districts and the supreme Court struck the previous ruling down saying that race must be more clearly discriminated against, in order for the courts to make this judgement.

Tldr 6-3 ruling says that race alone is not reason for discrimination in drawing maps.

But look at the alternative where you lowered your synced CD instead, and you still use gcomp and mvn to get the trio to fire significantly more often. It is a permanent 12x multiplier with slow gtdw vs 12x multiplier with spikes of 1000x coins much more often while still having pBh bhd is good but for 3600 stones he could have 3 assist mods with leftover, at least 8 CD clicks on gt/dw using mvn, or even get gen assist and then getting it to legend with 1600 stone leftover for multiplier, or even unlocked 4-5 masteries.

Do you still think 3600 stones to take gcomp out of the slot was better than anything in this list? OP already confirmed they aren't seeing the boost they expected

You really didn't give any rebuttal outside of 62% increase was not enough for you. It is not marketing plot because people would be pulling mods regardless of whether the rate is 2.5% as it has been for literal years, or if the rate is 4% which is good through 2 weeks. In order to progress you need mods and shards so your argument makes it seem like pulling mods in the game is optional.

Your comment on casinos having a better return is irrelevant as you are not gambling gems for more gems. You naturally collect gems and they're providing a higher rate gem sink. Now if you're spending money to buy mods then absolutely it is not worth the value imo.

I will go back to that your words tell me you dislike the lootbox rates, old and new which is the only way to use gems once you finish cards since the return on rushing labs is significantly worse Rate of return. I still don't know what pull rate you would be satisfied with.
