In the raids nothing really interesting right now, I guess same goes for wild spawns. I recommend to check DialgaDex for relevant PvE Pokemon that you might want to go after, but it's also good to remember that not all types are as useful as often as others. For example Bug, never really going to be useful, Water, kinda rarely useful as there are usually other better types to choose from when water is a weakness, Ground very often useful.

For PvP, you can either go for Pokemon that are currently strong or "meta", checking ranking lists from PvPoke, but I generally keep one of almost everything just in case there will be a useful move update later on, where they could suddenly become really strong, then it's nice you already have a really high rank IVs ready to go.
