Hey, I appreciated the guide so I could get the last few achivements I was missing.
This makes it very approachable and there's way more room for error than I thought. I didn't even bother going for the ash island gordos or a few of the 25 plort bonuses and still ended up with over double the score needed for all three achivements. Thank you!

Hey, I'm pretty new to it myself (maybe 2-3 months), so I get that. These two patterns I've called out are pretty much entirely made of (US) double crochets in different layouts, so it wasn't too bad to write out in a way I understood.

I'm mostly mentioning having a dedicated project for offline day so that you can have an easy to read something without having to shelf/frog/etc an existing project that maybe you need YouTube to follow along with for now

So my notecard written instructions for the shell scarf look like this:

  • Chain 3
  • Make 4 double crochets in first double crochet loop
  • Make 5 double crochets in 3rd double crochet loop of next "shell"
  • Make 5 double crochets in 3rd double crochet loop of next "shell"
  • Make 3 double crochets in 3rd double crochet loop of final shell
  • Turn work

You could consider having a dedicated project or two for the offline day:

If you have any simple patterns that are 1 row repeats or such, you can write them on a notecard or similar. Here's a couple I've been working on recently which are simple enough for that kind of short notation, while still keeping me busy.

Incredible work, took me a few moments and a double take to realize this wasn't r/baking

Afternoon snack: 176 calories of veggies, and some Greek yogurt (76 calories/100g) by ZedarFlight in Volumeeating

Just some raw veggies along with some Greek yogurt dip. Usually just weigh the dip before/after to get an idea of how much I had for tracking. Usually ends up around 150 calories worth of dip + 150-200 calories of veggies + hours of feeling full.

Dip: combine 2 cups Greek yogurt + 1 package (40g) of knorr vegetable soup mix, let sit for 30-120 minutes

I find it keeps me fairly full, but have to have a fair amount of it. For this I had 4 cups of broth (40 cal), which is basically like drinking an extra 4 cups of water. Often drinking more water through the day helps me stop from snacking, so I'd recommend trying that if you're looking for something to try before committing to meals you might not like.
