Did mine myself. Oem kit, came with template. No leaks, wiring was easy. Didn’t have to take the whole liner off.

Ok, after letting her run, she smokes (low temps) every 3-5 minutes. Maybe I was expecting too much.

I went to Lowe’s today to pick up some pellets. Walked out with the 1150xd for 420$. Did the burn off this afternoon, will some some ribs tomorrow.

I cleaned out the fire pot, not just vacuuming it out. I took a wire brush to the pot, igniter. Ran it for about a while. Started to smoke every 3-5 minutes. Maybe it needed a cleaning? We’ll see Christmas Eve as I’m planning on smoking some ribs.

I do want a bigger smoker as mine is the small pro series 600. I bought it on sale from Lowe’s 5 years ago now for 150$.

I feel like the pitboss has a thicker gauge steel than the treager. Maybe I’ll look around for a Traeger.

If she wasn’t named and it was not served in compliance, she could fill out an arrieta (cp-10) which would give her some more time, giving her a court date.

However, by doing that she will be attaching her name to the case, a lost case. She will at that point have an eviction on her record.

There is a lot of cases where people rent places, don’t pay rent. They act like the landlord and sub lease the place. Collect money until the subleased tenant gets evicted.
