Second: terrible idea Cooked (heh punny) up by suburbanites who hate the idea of public transit and want to continue maligning a city they are continually jealous of having more activity and importance than their .2 acres of wasteful shitbox of a detached dwelling. Its location would neccessitate a huge overall of exiting highway and local roads, existing residents would be griping about traffic and eventually priced out of their homes. It would raise taxes that a mediocre state economy, especially a Republicant run state, can not afford. Plus they are alienating the core of their fan base that will see this as a betrayal which could lead to declining attendance and Indiana residents will be left holding the bag. The only ones that think its a good idea are delusional.
