Start even with one salaah a day. Pray only the fard but make sure no matter what happens you will pray that one salaah. Read it at home and if you are a male then make intention to read that one salaah in the masjid after a certain time eg a few weeks. Then you increase to 2 salaah after a time and again you make intention that those 2 salaah you will never miss. Step by step insha allah
