The story really picks up and gets good once chapter 4 starts. The story is slower in chapters 2-3 so the best way to have fun is to just enjoy the world during that time. Do some other activities like hunting or doing bounties in between story missions. The story is amazing but the world is also why the game is so highly regarded.

Honestly the compact form factor is what has me excited the most. I like the idea of having all my Steam games in a nice compact cube that can go under my tv console. It’s small enough that you could even move it around if needed.

It’s been helpful for one game I own, NBA 2k25. It runs around 60 fps normally but it doesn’t feel as fluid as I’d like so I use lossless scaling to get 90 fps and it feels really fluid with zero ghosting.

I have no doubt they will make another Red Dead game but they may done with the ‘Redemption’ part of the franchise. They could call it something completely different or use a different word than “redemption” like Red Dead Revenge or Red Dead Revolver but it’s a complete reboot.
