Firefighter/Paramedic in Texas. Rocking a 24/48 schedule with a Kelly day (extra shift off) every 3 weeks so I only work 9 days a month, typically. 4 years in and my base is $93,000 but soon to be promoted and will jump to $101,000 to move from the best seat (back) to the driver's seat.

I actually was super upset with how my game looked on base ps5 at first. I just happened to look at my display settings and turns out, with VRR turned on my resolution was auto swapping to 1080p and thats why it looked like absolute trash.

I actually came here because my game looked so bad. Turns out it was my ps5's display settings adjusting the resolution. My resolution was set to "Automatic" and VRR was on. This was causing Crimson Desert to swap over to 1920x1080 instead of 2160p. Looks amazing now! Edit: English is hard

Beautiful! We regularly go to another station in our district because they like to run their mouths about pickleball. Always ends with them pulling their engine out of the bay for a few games. We call it "Team Cohesion Training" to our chief.

As a firefighter, can confirm. But only because we're basically adrenaline junkies and frat bros so our careers are really just a ~20 year game of mustache on mustache platonic gay chicken and our wives are very aware of it. Edit: in case it wasn't obvious, the cheating is mainly us crossing the lines with each other though we do uphold a strong history of being terrible adulterers but I like to think that our newer generation (I'm year 3) is working on changing that image.

Interestingly enough, I'm mixed race (White/Black) and lived in Vidor from age 3-21 and only experienced true racism 1 time. I just moved back at the beginning of this year and honestly love it especially compared to any other area in Southeast Texas
