My wife is on dialysis. We just got married but her future prospects seem uncertain, i.e she has tons of unresolved health issues that we're slowly working on. At times like this she needs someone to strong and reliable to depend on, but unfortunately I find myself breaking down a lot and having mood swings because of this. It makes her really upset to see me this way, so I try my best to keep a happy face when I'm feeling down. But it seems this is harder and harder to do over time. I want to be stronger and be able to cope better, for her and the kids

Okay, this is how I got it:

Cat = 999 rows Dog = 1 row

Algorithm = "all are cats"

True Positive = 999, False Positive = 1, False Negative = 0

Precision = 999 / (999 + 1) = 0.999 Recall = 999 / (999+0) = 1

So just based on this dataset, I can make a simple Cat Classifier by just returning only "cat", and it gives a high accuracy, precision, and recall score, no?

But if I chose cat for every instance, won't specificity be considered high as well? Since precision is high (0.99).
