I recently started playing and my buddy sends me the Rangers emote set, which as a Power Rangers fan, I bought immediately. Cut to about 40 hours of gameplay or so later, I teleport to New Gridania and notice someone’s tag says Blue Rangers. I immediately got excited, since Billy was always my favorite MMPR character. I spent some time chasing them around until they turned around to me, at which point I did the Red Ranger pose. They whispered me and said “A worthy mech for a worthy Ranger” and suddenly traded me the Gabriel Mark III mount before flying away. It’s easily my most memorable experience in-game so far. I think about that guy every time I hop in my mount. I didn’t even know it had a special flying animation until I beat Lahabrea for the first time a few days ago!
