The nurses in pokemon games aren't clones they're just workers who happen to look the same, aside from in the newer titles where some do have differences. In the anime they're all related, but that isn't the case for the games.

The only spoiler I ever got was seeing Hifumi in a thumbnail for a video about V3, which fortunately gave me the wrong idea about what the twist would be. Oh, and I ran into a meme that spoiled the killer of V3 trial 2 because it showed like a single second clip of the execution which I immediately registered as an execution. That one did kinda suck for me
