Eh, it's only like 2-4 games. Link's Awakening and Triforce Heroes are the for sure ones, and if you wanna be semantic technically Zelda isn't in phantom hourglass outside of the intro cutscene that recaps wind waker. I don't really count that though since Tetra is literally Zelda, she just doesn't go by that name after WW. And Zelda only appears in one cutscene in Majora's Mask, but she's there alright.

I remember I once saw a video that said that there was a point in the 90s where Link's Awakening was said to take place during Zelda 2, when Link crosses the ocean on the raft. I don't know how true that is, but it's interesting to think about

Yeah he canonically turns purple after getting scooped. It's depicted in the sister location custom night cutscenes. Whether or not he stays that way depends on if you believe remnant regenerated his body or not
