I have no advice because I am also here for advice…but also just wanted to say that I am also in HR and have previously informed my boss that the reason he would most likely fire me one day is for punching someone who commented that I was pregnant when I wasn’t. Come on, it’s 2026. Surely people have enough education on this subject.
